There’s nothing more satisfying than a flavourful bowl of ramen, and Metro Vancouver is about to get two new spots to indulge in. Kinton Ramen is undoubtedly one of the biggest names in the game, with locations in Vancouver, Toronto, Montreal, Markham, Mississauga and Scarborough.

Opening this April are two new Kinton ramen joints, which join the locations in North Vancouver, UBC, and Surrey. The first is situated in the heart of downtown’s popular Robson Street corridor, while the second is located in the growing South Vancouver community of Marine Gateway.

Best of all? Both ramen spots are set to open this April, so you don’t have long to wait to check it out!

The ramen

Developed by Kinton Ramen Executive Chef Aki Urata, the menu at both new Kinton locations will feature a range of hearty ramen bowls prepared with slow-cooked pork, chicken, and vegetarian broth in four distinct styles: Original, Shoyu, Miso, Spicy, and the newly-introduced beef ramen with includes a 100% beef broth.

Diners can choose between thick or thin shirataki noodles, and add on traditional and modern toppings like seasoned eggs, bamboo shoots, mushrooms, nori, and sweet corn.

Grand opening deal

The 28-seat Kinton Robson location has already soft opened, but it will officially open its doors on Friday, April 12th at 11 am. In celebration of its grand opening, guests will receive 50% off all dine-in ramen for one day only!

Following its opening, the restaurant will be open daily from 11 am to 12 am for dine-in, takeout, and delivery.

Kinton’s 1,228-square-foot Marine Gateway location is expected to open later in the month, with 38 seats to offer. The ramen spot will be open daily from 11 am to 11 pm.
