We’re sure that you’ve heard of Vero Bistro, which has long been one of the city’s best restaurants. But how about their new sister restaurant, Queens Breakfast, that just opened in Calgary in September? Boy, oh boy, things are looking pretty spectacular. Here’s a quick rundown of what we know so far.
According to Vero Bistro, Queens Breakfast is open all day long to serve Calgary food & drink lovers. That means you can swing by for an early breakfast, a quick lunch at work, or for cocktails afterwards. Basically, Queens is here for you, Calgary. Just like us!

They don’t even have a proper website up yet, but their teaser dishes on Instagram are mouth-watering. Think delicious french toast for breakfast, a savoury croque madame for lunch, and some craft cocktails in the evening.
We’ll get down there to check things out as soon as possible. Until then, we’re going to bet that this place will become a staple spot in the area.
