An award-winning event showcasing over 6,000 glowing pumpkins opens in Calgary this week

From oversized sweaters, costumes and Kettle Corn, there is nothing that we love more than spooky season and it’s finally returned with haunting events like Pumpkins After Dark – which finally opens to the public this week in Calgary.

Featuring over 6,000 hand-carved pumpkins, sweet treats and awe-inspiring demonstrations, this one-of-a-kind event will completely transform WinSport at Canada Olympic Park.

Much like Zoo Lights, each walkthrough will take approximately 45 to 60 minutes depending on how long it’ll take you to take photos and revisit your faves, so dress warm and don’t forget to purchase a bright orange squash on the way out.

To check out one of Canada’s largest outdoor Halloween events, you can visit their website below.

Timed tickets are available now but are going fast – so get on it, ghouls.

Pumpkins After Dark will kick off on September 22nd and will run until October 31st.

You won’t want to miss it. It’s going to be lit.
