There will be several organization Tipis, where visitors can participate in cultural and educational workshops from 9 AM to 5 PM.

A marketplace will run from 9 AM to 9 PM on both days of the gathering, featuring Indigenous artisans and artists as well as informational tents.

And among the most exciting offerings is the variety of food vendors serving up Indigenous and Indigenous fusion cuisine.

A complete list of programs, featured artists and workshops will become available online in the days leading up to the event.

The Toronto Council Fire Native Cultural Centre provides counselling and direct services to First Nations people. It also helps encourage and enhance spiritual and personal growth.

The Indigenous Legacy Gathering is one of many commemorative events taking place in Toronto on September 30th.

A free concert titled “Commemorate Truth & Reconciliation” will be held at 8 PM at Koerner Hall on Bloor Street West.

You can also attend Forever Fest, a music and arts festival in support of the Legacy of Hope Foundation at Maple Leaf Forever Park.

As Canada observes its second annual National Day for Truth and Reconciliation, this is the perfect opportunity to support and appreciate Indigenous heritage, culture, and communities.
