Attention, Vancouver foodies. The list of the 100 Best Restaurants in Canada is out for 2024, and Published on Main has once again snagged the top spot in the city!

Known for its airy, comfortable atmosphere and playful bites, Published has received a ton of accolades since opening its doors a couple of years back – including a Michelin Star and a high ranking on Canada’s 100 Best Restaurants list for two years in a row!

In fact, it was even ranked as the Best Restaurant in Canada within its first year.

Tasting menu

While the restaurant has fallen from its #3 spot in 2023 to #7 this year, its decadent 10-course tasting menu is absolutely worth indulging in. What’s more, the tasting menu is seasonal and ever-changing, so you’ll likely never eat the same thing twice!

For reference, the tasting menu has included bites like the Side Stripe Prawn with cucumber, apple, and horseradish, Duck Breast, and Pea Ravioli.

The restaurant is currently offering its “Blossom” menu until June 15th, which captures “the fleeting beauty of late spring.”

Starting June 16th, Published will transition to its “Radiance” menu, celebrating the early summer bounty of “berries, flowers, and tender greens.”

So if you’re looking for a dining experience that takes away the pressure of choosing what to eat, consider letting the Published team take you on a culinary journey of some of the best eats in the country.

Oh, and if you’re not quite hungry enough for 10 courses – the restaurant has officially introduced a Half Tasting Menu Experience priced at $105 per person for six condensed courses – which you can book online until June 15th!
