If you’ve hopped in a sauna from time to time, then you most likely know about its health benefits. If you love how you feel after a sauna session, then this event in Toronto might be for you. Public Sweat, a ‘sauna village’ and ‘sweat bathing’ experience is now at the waterfront for a short time only.

Described as “a fusion of art, sauna culture, and sweat bathing,” Public Sweat welcomes all to explore its ‘sauna village’ where attendees can explore five sweat bathing structures over the course of two hours – hot spaces and cold showers.

You’re more than welcome to balance through the hot and cold spaces at your own pace and once you’re done, hang out in the indoor lounge area to connect with others.

You can relax after your sauna session and enjoy artwork, light snacks, and hot and cold drinks too.

“We will have merch, artist multiples, and food & beverage available for purchase, so bring cash, credit, or debit cards if interested,” shares organizers on the official page.

The event runs until April 23rd. Public Sweat timeslots are now available to be booked and attendees must bring a bathing suit and towel are essential, a robe, sandals, and a water bottle, (not required to participate though). If you have a sauna hat, bring it too. Make sure to arrive 15 to 30 minutes early to check in and change .

Tickets are priced at $35 per session, $105 for a four-pack pass and start at $20 on Tuesdays at a reduced rate.
