This is an honest review of the new Pizza Pizza Rolls

Pizza Pizza recently introduced its new Pizza Pizza Rolls, and as someone who loves pizza, I was curious to see how these bite-sized snacks would stack up. After putting them to the taste test, here’s an honest review and what I thought.

Starting with Classic Pepperoni, I sink my teeth into the Roll and am met with a pillowy-soft inside and golden outside. Filled with pepperoni and ooey-gooey melty cheese, it’s a delicious first bite and a good sign of what’s to come.

Perfect for a convenient lunch, midday nosh, or late-night snack, I’m immediately sold on the new Pizza Pizza Rolls. It’s everything you love about pizza wrapped in a warm little pocket, selling for $3.99 each or two for $5.

Convenient grab-and-go snack 

From there, I opt for another classic: Veggie. I’ll admit, I can never pass up a veggie slice. There’s something so yummy about the bright vegetables and the Pizza Pizza garlic sauce that I can’t get enough of. And the Pizza Pizza Roll wasn’t a disappointment! I appreciate the savoury pairing of tangy olives and sun-dried tomatoes.

As I make my way through the other pizza rolls, I realize just how much my young nephews would absolutely love them. Think of this new product as a rolled-up slice, baked to a golden-brown crust. 

Coming in clutch

Taking a bite out of the Hawaiian Heat Pizza Pizza Roll, the bacon crumble, pineapple, and hot banana peppers treat my taste buds to another killer topping combo. The hot banana peppers perfectly pair with the sweet pineapple. 

The Four-Meat Pizza Pizza Roll really took me by surprise! Talk about a heavy-hitting bite. Filled with pepperoni, bacon crumble, Italian sausage, and ground beef, it’s the very definition of protein-maxing.

My absolute favourite has to be the Creamy Garlic and Pepperoni Pizza Pizza roll. It takes Pizza Pizza’s iconic garlic sauce and actually stuffs it into the roll, along with a hearty dose of pepperoni.  Actually putting the garlic sauce into the roll? That’s a match made in heaven, if I do say so myself! 

Favourite pizza flavours, all rolled up

You really can’t go wrong with pizza, but Pizza Pizza has totally levelled up the beloved slice. I found each Pizza Pizza Roll to be uniquely tasty, each with its own distinct flavour profile. As someone who’s always on the go, I can totally see myself grabbing a few Pizza Pizza Rolls for quick refuelling.
