Pike Place Market’s Magic in the Market returns next month & there’s a holiday lighting ceremony

Pike Place Market is undeniably one of the most magical places in Seattle during the holiday season. This year is set to be even more magical with the return of Magic in the Market. It’s the 27th annual market and you can expect all of your favorite holiday celebrations.

Like year’s past, Magic in the Market returns after Thanksgiving with the ceremony kicking off on November 26th. The magical family experience will include a meeting with Santa, listening to caroling, sipping on some eggnog, shopping for loved ones, with it all all leading up to the famous Market lighting ceremony at 5 pm!

Magic in the Market is a great excuse to visit the market period but it’s also the perfect time to do some of your holiday shopping while supporting local businesses. While you cruise the market stalls and shops you can munch on market favorites like a pastry from Mee Sum or mini doughnuts. What’s better than mini doughnuts?!
