People are sharing their favorite Edmontonian phrases & some of them are hilarious

Each city has its own set of inside jokes and ‘isms,’ but few compare to the ones most familiar to true Edmontonians. This week, Reddit users actually shared some of their favorites, and as usual – they did not disappoint!

Generating hundreds of comments, Reddit user MerakiSphere asked for phrases or sayings that only Edmontonians would understand and these were the top answers – starting with one that would definitely have us scratching our heads if we didn’t know any better.
