It’s been months in the making, but we can finally let you know that P.F. Chang’s has officially opened in Edmonton! Originally teased in the winter, the famous restaurant brand has been ramping things up these past few weeks. And now, we can actually go check it out!
Taking inspiration from Japan, China, Korea, and beyond, P.F. Chang’s is known for both faithful recreations of classic dishes (like Wonton Soup or sushi rolls) to its own signature options (Chang’s Chicken Lettuce Wraps and the Kung Pao Brussels Sprouts come to mind).

A popular Edmonton food truck just opened a permanent outpost
Opening at the Currents of Windermere, the new spot will be hard to miss. Mostly because standing out front is an absolutely massive horse statue guarding the entrance/welcoming visitors in. Its new name is currently up for debate, but we’re personally pulling for ‘Wonton’.
Anyway, with the soft opening starting this past weekend, you can now go check out this highly anticipated addition to the city! Head down for a little impromptu meal with your friends, or wait til next week when reservations open for a less, uh, spur of the moment affair.
