If you can’t get enough of ‘The Bear,’ we’ve got great news for you. The culinary team at Vancouver’s Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts is ‘letting it rip’ this month, hosting two pop-ups inspired by the award-winning series.

The first dining experience will be a pop-up dinner, which will take place at the culinary school’s campus on Thursday, July 11th.

From 6 to 9 pm, guests can enjoy some of the show’s best-loved dishes, including a take on ‘The Seven Fishes’ Christmas Dinner feast in Season 2.

Here is the complete menu for ‘The Bear Dinner’:

  • ‘The Michael’ Cannoli: onion mostarda, mascarpone, Calabrian chili, gremolata, pistachio
  • Sydney’s Raviolo: ricotta, English peas, pecorino
  • ‘The Seven Fishes’: scallops, Pacific lingcod, cherrystone clams, honey mussels, prawns, anchovies, calamari
  • Season Three Surprise: To be revealed after the new season
  • Ube Gateau Basque: Ube & Saskatoon berries, inspired by Kasama — the world’s only One-Star Filipino Michelin Restaurant
