Great news, movie lovers. The Polygon Gallery in North Vancouver just announced their aptly named outdoor movie series, Deckchair Cinema. If you’re looking for an alternative to the outdoor movies downtown, this is a great option!
The weekly film night will commence on June 23rd on Lower Lonsdale’s waterfront deck – so bring your blankets and popcorn! It’s time to settle in for some long, cozy summer nights.
The Gallery has partnered with the City of North Vancouver to provide Vancouverites with live entertainment and special guests each week.
This year’s Deckchair Cinema lineup kicks off with Carts of Darkness, a 2008 documentary following a group of homeless men who have turned bottle picking and cart racing into an extreme sport.
