Seasonal Job Opportunities

According to Ontario Parks, When it comes to seasonal jobs, hiring usually begins in April and varies from entry-level to those requiring expert knowledge.

But if you take a look at the Ontario Public Sector Careers job page, there are a few active listings for seasonal positions. Keep an eye out on that page for potential full-time opportunities too.

Ontario Parks seasonal jobs include Park Warden, Park Interpreter, Group and Operational Leadership, Skilled Maintenance and Trades People, Clerical Support, and General Labourers.

Student Jobs

Looking for student employment? Ontario Parks summer jobs program for secondary and post secondary programs open on January 22, 2024.

Imagine spending your summer within Ontario’s forests, beaches and lakes, all while earning some serious job skills and experience.

In order to apply and qualify, you must be enrolled in a secondary or post-secondary institution at the moment or for the upcoming fall semester or have graduated within the past six months.

You must be at least 15 years old too.

Available jobs include Gate attendant, Maintenance worker, Park store clerk, Administrative assistant, Discovery ranger, Interior ranger, and Trail maintenance.
