Travel is up in the air once again, but if you’re planning ahead for some trips in 2022 you’ll want to check out which places made Travel + Leisure’s 50 Best Places to Travel in 2022. ‘Why’ you ask? Well, because it turns out you don’t have to go far for an amazing vacation.
Travel + Leisure’s 2022 list starts out with the usual suspects Italy, Bahamas, Greece. You know the stunning beaches and cultural destinations that we all dream of visiting. But one place you might not immediately expect to find on the list is Quebec.

The Canadian province made the list for its range of attractions and things to do. The French-influenced cities of Montreal and Quebec City got a shout-out as well as the region’s snow-capped mountains. It was also noted that there’s something new to do in every season, one of the more notable things to do included Canada’s first all-inclusive resort, the brand new Club Med.
Not only did these factors catch the eye of Travel + Leisure but it’s also worth noting that it was the only place in Canada to make the list. So if you’re looking to get away in the next year, consider the province as a spot well worth checking out. After all, you won’t have to deal with pesky international travel, and depending on where you live it might just be a few-hour drive away.
