A popular brunch spot just opened a new North Van location

First, it took over the prairies. Then, they came to Vancouver (and Burnaby) with a serious amount of fanfare. And now, OEB has officially opened its first location in North Vancouver. Known for delicious options on both the sweet and savoury side, this brunch spot is sure to become a must-visit in the area. Here’s what to know about it!

Originally launching in Calgary back in 2009, OEB (formerly known as Over Easy Breakfast) quickly became synonymous with a great breakfast, whether you were after one of their signature breakfast poutines or carefully created french toast. The brand first opened its Vancouver location in 2019, and has been seeing weekend lineups ever since.

So, their expansion was inevitable, and they opened another location, this time in Burnaby, in the spring of last year. Not ones to sit on their laurels, OEB took that opportunity to announce that two more locations were coming to Metro Vancouver- one in Ambleside, and another in Lonsdale.

Well, it was the Lonsdale location that opened earlier this week. Sitting near the intersection of Lonsdale Avenue and 15th Street, this newest brunch spot is offering both takeout and dine-in service, making it a perfect option before a day of exploring on the North Shore. Fill up with their classic ‘Soul in a Bowl’ breakfast poutine before skating at the Shipyards or hitting a local mountain? Yeah, that sounds like a day of local exploring, if you ask us.

So, keep this spot in mind the next time you’re over there, and stay tuned for the opening of the Ambleside location as well!

OEB North Vancouver

When: Now open daily, 7AM-3PM
