Because what better way to ring in the new year than with a special multi-course dinner surrounded by your loved ones? Pourhouse Restaurant & Cocktail Bar

In addition to their “12 days of Cocktails” holiday program, guests at Pourhouse can sip on bubbly Champagne by the glass (or the bottle) on NYE, and indulge in a mix of “Plain and Fancy” dinner offerings. With Tomahawk steak, buckets of Chicken and Caviar, and Caviar & Chips with creme fraiche – there’s a tasty plate for everyone. Guests on NYE can enjoy live music by the Poorboy Trio starting at 7:30 pm, and celebratory champagne marshmallows at midnight.

Honey Salt

For $130 per person, you can take advantage of Honey Salt’s amazing New Year’s Eve special, an extravagant three-course dinner featuring menu highlights like Northern Divine Caviar, Dungeness Golden Crab Arancini, Fraser Valley Dry Aged Duck Breast, and more.

If Old Hollywood is your style, then you can’t go wrong with this NYE dinner gala at Black + Blue. Expect live music, Champagne and caviar packages, and all the glitz and glam you can imagine. The dinner starts at 8 pm on NYE and is $185 per person, with live music on until 1 am.

Glowbal Restaurant

Glowbal is hosting a NYE Gala Dinner ($175 per person), which includes an incredible night of food and entertainment of its own, including a midnight countdown, an aerialist show, bottle service, and a balloon drop at midnight.

Fanny Bay Oysters is celebrating NYE with a bottle of MoĂ«t and a dozen of oysters for $150, which sounds like a great special occasion splurge if you ask us. And if you’re still hungry, Chef Tommy Shorthouse will also be featuring Lobster Thermidor (Atlantic Lobster, creamed leek, mushroom duxelles, black truffle-cream sauce, asparagus and lemon) for $55!

For the month of December, live lobsters will also be available for purchase on the market side if you prefer to feast at home.

Coast Restaurant

Coast Restaurant is ringing in the New Year with special dishes created by Chef Fernando Burgues, including Beef Carpaccio, Oyster Oscar and Surf & Turf (8oz tenderloin Oscar, lobster tail, truffle mashed potatoes, asparagus and red wine jus), and Whole Roasted Sea Bass (crushed fingerling potatoes, blistered tomatoes and creamy spinach). The dining experience is $60 per person and includes complimentary bubbles and a balloon drop at midnight.

Straight and Marrow 

The team at Straight and Marrow will be featuring drink and food specials on NYE, including poached oysters, duck breast with smoked carrots, and elk rack with Chimichurri. Reservations after 10:30 pm will have a $60 fee per table, which will include a bottle of bubbles to ring in the new year.

Smitty’s Oyster House Main Street

Smitty’s Oyster house is offering “Bubbles and Boards” for parties of two for $80, or four for $140. Both options include tasty plates like Chili Lime Prawns, Wolf Candy (half-rack of lamb lollies, big bad sauce), and Burrata. The option for four includes an additional Halibut Fritters and Chips and Sablefish Risotto.

As well, Smitty’s is offering Give-one-Get-Some Gift Cards, which reward guests who buy $100 of Smitty’s Oyster House gift certificates with a $20 gift card of their own.

At C|Prime, New Year’s will be marked with a four-course dinner menu. Guests can expect to indulge in welcome drinks, midnight bubbly, and live entertainment for $150 per person. Expect everything from Beef Wellington to Roasted Sablefish!

Last but not least, we come to The Victor at Parq Vancouver. For $195 per person, you can enjoy a whopping 5-course meal, complete with an amuse bouche, Japanese Surf & Turf, and choice of appetizer, main, and dessert. Wine pairings are also available for an additional $115.

And if you prefer to plan a special New Year’s Day Brunch, The Victor has you covered there too. Tasty options include the Caramelized Bananas Foster French Toast, Shakshuka, and more. Oh, and don’t forget about the Mimosa Cart or the build-your-own-Bloody Mary bar!
