This popular Toronto bar is opening an elevated winter pop-up with yurts & fire pits

Popular Toronto bar, BarChef is bringing to life an elevated winter pop-up featuring custom yurts and fire pits. Inspired by the winter forests of Scandinavia, NORDIC by BarChef will feature holiday cocktails through a multi-sensory approach.

Starting November 17th, NORDIC by BarChef will welcome curious cocktail connoisseurs to experience their whimsical Scandinavian escape at The Well.

Experts in the craft have curated a special cocktail menu that can be enjoyed indoors within a custom yurt or by a fire pit with a warm blanket, which is provided.

According to organizers, the pop-up will focus on “reinterpretations Holiday themed Classics while implementing BarChef’s Signature culinary style of infusions, bitters, and syrups all prepared by hand.”

The aromas of fresh ingredients like cedar, balsam fir, and eucalyptus not only help amplify the ambiance but truly take your drinks to the next level.

The indoor bar space seats 20 people so you’ll want to get ahead of the game if you hope to snag a spot inside.

At the moment, there’s no reservation link but once we know more, we will surely keep you updated.
