The time has finally come, Toronto. Following the opening of the Nobu Toronto restaurant last year, a date for the hotel is now here and reservations for rooms are available to be made as soon as today, March 13, 2025.
Reservations can be made for dates starting from June 1, 2025.
“Following Canada’s first Nobu restaurant opening last summer, this marks the latest addition from the iconic Nobu Hospitality brand, founded by Chef Nobu Matsuhisa, Robert De Niro, and Meir Teper,” shares Nobu.
The luxurious hotel will feature 36 rooms and suites, and if you’ve been on your wellness game lately, you’re in for a treat. According to the hotel, “Nobu Hotel Toronto will offer guests a premium wellness experience, with everything from a state-of-the-art fitness centre, to a stretching routine card inspired by chef Nobu Matsuhisa himself, to an in-room Zen Wellness guide directing guests to some of the city’s most coveted self-care destinations.”
During your stay you can take advantage of a complimentary mini bar (included in every room) and access to the guest-only Sakura Lounge, offering daily complimentary breakfast. Hotel guests also will gain reservation access at Nobu restaurant.
The restaurant is located on the first and second floors, while the hotel rooms and suites can be found on floors 41 to 45.
