Looking to change or start a new career in telecommunications? Get ready and stay ready, hopefuls, because Telus just announced that Alberta would see a massive influx of jobs at their company over the next 4 years.

As a result of an incredible $17 billion investment into Alberta’s network infrastructure, the company will begin looking for people to fill mostly construction and engineering positions between now and 2026.

“This is a true demonstration of TELUS’ long-standing commitment to improving the lives of Canadians by connecting communities from coast to coast,” said Darren Entwistle, President and CEO of TELUS in a press release.

“Through our investment, we are supporting the social and economic vibrancy of Albertans and ensuring that every member of our society has access to the technology that yields the opportunity to realize their full potential.”

If you’re interested in applying you can do so on their website, where several Telus jobs in Alberta (from sales associate to executive) are currently listed.

Good luck and happy hunting!
