Opening its doors on Thursday, February 2nd, is Vancouver’s newest spot for fresh oysters, seasonal dishes and charcuterie boards. Wildlight Restaurant in West Point Grey is bringing quality, local ingredients to the table, with a ton of plates large and small for a taste of the West Coast.

Oh, and not to mention some amazing happy hour specials from 3 to 6 pm every day – including fresh rotating oysters, wings, flatbreads, and sandwiches. And to drink, they have plenty of local beers and ciders on tap, signature cocktails, and an extensive wine list.

Wildlight is now open from 11 am to 11 pm daily.

This cozy cafe tucked away on Oak Street has officially opened its doors, offering visitors an array of freshly-made specialty pastries – including a creme brulee danish that we can’t wait to get our hands on! And if you’re more of a cake person, the mochi black sesame cheesecake looks to die for.

Gastronomy Gastown is the newest addition to Vancouver’s delicious Italian food scene, and it’s bringing a whole new vibe to your next slice. Guests can indulge in the Conchiglione, Squash Lasagna, or prime steak, as well as any of their contemporary-style pizzas. One that piqued our interest? The 24 Carrot Gold, a veggie-friendly pizza topped with edible gold leaf!

Gastronomy is now open from Wednesday to Monday from 5 to 11 pm.

Shaking things up in the world of hockey-focused pubs is Courtside Bar in Mount Pleasant, a one-stop destination for great brews, company, and all things basketball. The new spot just soft-opened this past weekend, welcoming guests with an array of stadium eats, burgers, hot dogs, wings, ribs, and more. As for what’s pouring? There are plenty of cocktails, wines, and local craft beer to go around.

A new spot for quality burgers, shakes, and fried grub has officially arrived – and they have some mouthwatering vegan options as well! The new Vancouver location marks The Burger Crush’s second outpost, and their patties look to die for.

Captioned simply “we hide, you seek,” Bagheera is Vancouver’s newest speakeasy-style bar. And the hidden spot is now open from 5 pm to late from Tuesday to Sunday. Note that the venue only accepts groups of 6 and under. Simply follow the clues in their Instagram stories to uncover its location!

ZUBU Downtown

With several locations across Metro Vancouver, it’s clear that ZUBU ramen is one of the best in the game. And there’s now a new spot downtown where you can indulge in their delicious ramen, sushi rolls, Japanese cakes, and drinks.

Forêt Noire Café

Last but certainly not least, we have the newest Forêt Noire Café, which is nearly (but not quite) open on Robson Street. For now, you can load up on pastries and specialty cakes at their original spot on West Broadway.

Once open, the new cafe on Robson Street will be open from 8 am to 10 pm from Monday to Saturday, and from 9 am to 9 pm on Sundays.
