This Vancouver murder mystery dinner is inspired by Netflix’s ‘Knives Out’

Ready to indulge in a one-of-a-kind dining experience? This one’s for murder mystery lovers. Based on Netflix’s “Glass Onion: A Knives Out Mystery,” the immersive, delicious experience takes diners on a journey to the “Knives Out” universe in Vancouver, where they’ll work together in teams of four to uncover the truth.

As part of the experience, guests will enjoy a four-course dinner hosted by acclaimed chef Maribelle Moore at Glowbal Restaurant, with six live actors guiding the ‘mystery’ part of the meal.

The set dinner menu features an Arancini Ball, Mushroom Cigar, Braised Short Ribs, and Cheesecake, according to organizers.

Each course will contain vital information in the form of food-based puzzles, so while they might be tasty – it’s crucial to stay sharp if you hope to crack the case!

Diners will have two and a half hours to solve the mystery.

The exclusive experience arrives in Vancouver this October and will run through December, with limited seating (wheelchair-accessible) available.

The inaugural Toronto experience sold out earlier this year, so consider booking your spot sooner rather than later!

Tickets are priced at $175 per person, excluding taxes and fees.

Note that the courses can be made vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free, and guests are encouraged to “dress to impress.”

The experience will run from Wednesdays to Sundays at 7 pm, with doors opening 30 minutes before the starting time.

Get ready to be wined, dined, and spooked, Vancouver!
