From coast to coast, Canada has some pretty spectacular destinations where winter sports are #1. This week, however, we’re extra proud of our chilly recreational sites because Alberta was recognized for having two of the most searched ski destinations in the entire world – and who doesn’t love a localized achievement?

In a new report published by Money.co.uk, Banff was named 10th while Jasper was listed 13th overall – and we might be a tad biased, but we can’t say we’re surprised!

Of course, Alberta was not the only Canadian province to make the list!

In addition to the global report, they also broke down the ‘most searched’ by continent – interesting, right?

If you’d like to take a look at that as well, you can see all of their findings here – otherwise, take pride in our ranking, Alberta!

The province with two of the most searched ski destinations in the world ‘ is certainly not a bad title to have!
