Canada is home to some pretty spectacular waterfalls, and without a doubt, Montmorency Falls is at the top of the list!
At a staggering height of 83 metres, Montmorency is one of the tallest waterfalls in the country.
It’s even taller than Niagara Falls, which has a vertical plunge of around 57 metres.
There are many ways that visitors can get up close and feel the power of these thundering falls.
In addition to a promenade below the falls, there is also a suspension bridge above the cascade, an observation deck, a panoramic staircase, and a cable car that takes you all the way to the top.
The observation deck takes you along a cliffside boardwalk to the bridge, where you can feel the roaring falls beneath your feet as you cross.
The cable car is a must-do during your visit to Montmorency, and we’ll tell you why.
