In the series of pools, which include waters at different temperatures, you can find a blend of naturally occurring, soothing minerals, including sulphate, calcium, bicarbonate, magnesium and sodium.

You’ll leave the experience feeling restored, revitalized and refreshed, with unbelievably soft skin caused by the naturally occurring mineral concoction.

At Miette, there is a series of hydrothermal pools, including hot and cold plunges. Hot and cold cycling has a number of health benefits, and it can be used to boost immunity and ease many ailments. The springs are open on Canadian holidays, and admission is based on a per-entry fee, so you can spend as much time as you feel is right soaking in the therapeutic waters. To avoid overheating, it’s recommended that you drink plenty of water, pay attention to the rhythms of your body, and take breaks.

While the springs close for the season in October, they’ll open up again in May 2026. Miette doesn’t accept advanced bookings or reservations, and entry is on a first-come-first-served basis
