The Rolling Stones took their Hackney Diamonds Tour to Vancouver Friday night, putting on an incredible show and no doubt working up quite the appetite. Hot off the electric performance, lead and founding member Sir Michael Philip Jagger (AKA Mick Jagger) also dined at one of Vancouver’s best: Vij’s.
The popular Indian fusion restaurant is certainly no stranger to hosting actors, artists, and public figures alike – from Shawn Levy to Prince Harry and Meghan Markle. So adding the larger-than-life Mick Jagger to the list only seems right!
“Had the incredible honour of hosting the legendary Mick Jagger last night,” says Owner Vikram Vij in a recent caption. “An unforgettable evening filled with great conversations, laughter, and amazing food.”
According to the post, Jagger dined on the restaurant’s intimate rooftop patio, adorned with plants and fairy lights.

Want to check it out for yourself? Vij’s is open from 5:30 pm to 9:30 pm Sunday to Thursday, and until 10 pm on Friday and Saturday.
The patio operates from Wednesday to Sunday.
