Everything you can try at this year’s Metro Vancouver Croissant Crawl

Now in its third year, the Metro Vancouver Croissant Crawl is a celebration of the softest, flakiest croissants you’ll find in Vancouver, created by local croissant lover, Laura.

In an email with Curiocity, Laura confirms that what started as a week-long, self-guided crawl to 10 of the best cafes and bakeries in the city has expanded to a three-week-long journey, now with 35 participating locations with inventive croissant flavours to try out.

Whether you’re looking for a savoury or sweet option, you’ll find tons of unique flavours on the crawl. This includes

“In 2022, I was new to the city and in search of friends and my go-to croissant in the city,” says Laura to Curiocity. “I invited a few others to check out croissants at a cluster of bakeries downtown together. I wanted to create a similar experience that friends old and new could enjoy city-wide.”

Flash forward to today, and the croissant crawl has become a widely-anticipated annual tradition for foodies from across Metro Vancouver.

So, lace up your shoes or hop on a bike to try out some of the most delicious, creative croissant bites around town. Below is a map of the crawl if you want to map out your journey!
