Great news, donut lovers. Mello Vancouver (AKA- Chinatown’s sweet shop gem) is getting a second donut shop in Kerrisdale this summer – and they’ve just soft-opened to the public! You know what that means. Folks can already get a taste of their famous Butterscotch, Cinnamon Cream Cheese, and Lemon Curd donuts at the new Arbutus spot.
As for their more niche flavours, you’ll definitely want to check out their Earl Grey and Black Sesame donut for something sweet, and the savoury Everything Bagel brioche donut (yes, you read that right). Honestly, Mello always keeps things fresh & exciting… and we can’t wait to see what else they have in store for their grand opening.

Currently, the OG Chinatown donut shop is open (and accepts pre-orders) from 9 am to 7 pm every day. As for their new Arbutus shop, they’re now open to the public. Keep your eye on Mello’s socials for upcoming info on hours and the date of their official grand opening! Who knows, maybe we’ll even get word of a couple of new flavours.
