Mandy’s to open new flagship location in Toronto & it’s picture-perfect

We finally have an opening date! After months of teasing their next Toronto location, Mandy’s Salads will be opening its newest flagship in the city this August. We’ve got all the deets and here’s what to know.

The popular Montreal-based soups and salads chain continues its expansion across the city and is gearing up to open its Yorkville location on August 12th, 2024.

Fans of the chain can find the lavish new location at 180 Bloor St West. It is set to open right at 11 AM with a ribbon-cutting ceremony that is open to the public.

Customers will have the chance to meet and greet founders Mandy and Rebecca Wolfe, the sister duo behind the Mandy’s brand.

Back in April, Mandy’s Salads shared renderings of what customers can expect once they open.

Staying true to their signature colours, guests can expect the new Yorkville location to be bright and bold – pinks, greens, and neutral colours that paint its interior.

To add to the ambience, large palm trees and decorative canopies were pictured, adding to the allure of the space.

Based on the renderings, it looks like there will be ample seating for customers to enjoy their meals as they spend the day in Yorkville.

Whether you’re on the go or want to sit and enjoy your meal,  per the renderings, it looks like there is also a pickup section for meals to-go.

And based on the pictures shared on Instagram of its progress, we’re in for a treat.

This will be Mandy’s 12th location in Canada and its third storefront in Toronto. That’s in addition to its three Toronto ghost kitchens in Liberty Village, Castlefield, and Vaughan.

This year has been great for the brand as it also opened its latest location at The Well this past January.

It’s safe to say Mandy’s Salads is taking Toronto by storm!
