Lululemon is dropping sneakers for the first time ever & here’s what to know

There’s a new player in the sneakers game and they might just give the competition a run for their money. Lululemon has unveiled their very first running shoe collection called Blissfeel, the first of several planned throughout the year.

The Blissfeel shoe will be available in 10 different colours and in select stores in North America and around the world starting on March 22, 2022.

Described as “made for women first,” the Blissfeel shoe was based on the feet of more than a million women to refine the fit and feel.

Blissfeel is designed to feel “like an extension of your foot,” with a comfortable and supportive design, as well as tuned foam cushioning to soften landings and spring you forward on every step.

Lululemon plans to release three additional footwear styles — Chargefeel, Strongfeel and Restfeel — in the coming months.

Chargefeel is described as a “cross-training shoe designed for gym training and short runs,” and is set to launch in the summer along with the Restfeel shoe, “an elevated slide for post-workout.”

The company will launch its Strongfeel shoe in the fall, “a training shoe designed for multi-directional movement.”

Lululemon’s footwear line has been four years in the making and from the sounds of it, the wait was well worth it.
