Downtown Toronto is getting a gorgeous new boutique fitness studio

Fitness lovers, this is what dreams are made of. Downtown Toronto is getting a new boutique Pilates fitness studio, offering classes at all different levels. LSD°R Studios will officially open its doors on March 3, 2025, in the heart of the city. So, grab your workout buddy and get ready to book your spot!

Here’s what to know before you go.

“LSD°R Studios offers a unique blend of cutting-edge fitness classes for all levels. It introduces a revolutionary approach to fitness that combines modern Pilates with guided breathwork,” shares the studio.

LSD°R stands for Low, Slow, Deep Re°form, with the studio founded by Tessa Bernier and Jacqueline DiRenzo. The concept of LSD°R melds “low-impact, high-intensity workouts with breathwork to promote mental clarity and strength.”

The space is located at 543 Richmond Street West, featuring 14 Re°former machines. Each session offers modifications and amplifications so that attendees of all fitness backgrounds can enjoy the class.

There will be five different session styles including arms + abs, full body, glutes + arms, glutes + back, and legs + abs. “All sessions are anchored by intentional breathwork. Our sessions follow a 6-day rotation, meaning the focus shifts daily to provide a well-rounded and progressive experience throughout the week,” says LSD°R Studios.

All sessions are available to book online up to seven days in advance, all you need to do is create a profile!

As for what you need to bring, the studio requires all attendees to wear grip socks for safety purposes and suggests that you bring a refillable water bottle. There is a filtering station that all guests are welcome to use, and lockers are available for valuables upon request.

I can’t wait to check it out! Don’t forget to book your session ASAP, Toronto.
