LinkedIn has released this list to “assist job seekers in equipping themselves with the tools needed to find roles with growth potential in 2024.”
According to the report, LinkedIn Economic Graph researchers looked at millions of jobs that were started by LinkedIn members from January 1, 2019 to July 31, 2023 in order to calculate growth rate for each job title.

To be ranked, a job title needed to see consistent growth across LinkedIn, and more so significantly by 2023.
“Identical job titles across different seniority levels were grouped and ranked together. Internships, volunteer positions, interim roles, and student roles were excluded, and jobs where hiring was dominated by a small handful of companies in each country were also excluded,” shares the report.
As for us, LinkedIn compiled its notes and ranked 20 of the fastest-growing jobs in Canada over the last five years.

- Growth Manager
- Energy Advisor
- Wealth Management Associate
- Diversity and Inclusion Specialist
- Strategy Associate
- Head of Partnerships
- Labour Relations Specialist
- Customer Experience Specialist
- Cyber Security Analyst
- Sustainability Manager/Environmental Policy Manager
