Vancouver’s new modern Indian restaurant has a hidden garden patio

If you love Indian food, Vancouver’s newest spot for modern Indian fare is a must-visit. Situated on Main Street, Lila is the latest venture for the teams at award-winning Vancouver staples, Vij’s and Acorn – two of the most renowned restaurants in the city.

Opening just in time for patio season in late May, Lila also features a peaceful garden patio tucked away from the hustle and bustle of Main.

As you might guess, Lila’s dinner menu is loaded with delicious, veggie-forward dishes, from spiced beets to vegan chickpea cakes in coconut curry. There are a variety of vegan and gluten-free options, as well as dishes that can be made vegan upon request.

There’s also a tempting plate of Pacific Prawns in coconut, green onion, and ginger curry for seafood lovers!

Dinner service is from 4 pm to 10 pm, with a daily happy hour from 4 to 6 pm.

On weekends, Lila is open for lunch from 12 pm to 4 pm.
