On Friday, December 1st, the town will host its annual Light Up the Night celebration.
It’s described as a “wintry open-air concert featuring fabulous guests and a breathtaking display of fireworks.”
Thousands of people are set to flood the main street of Almonte for the event, which is said to be one of the “largest and most magical outdoor Christmas shows in Canada. ”

And you’re in luck because the town is celebrating its Bicentennial this year and is putting together an extra special show.
Get ready for a “festive and musical night in the quaint and Christmassy town of Almonte,” as visitors of all ages enjoy live entertainment and a visit from Santa.
