It’s true that P.F. Chang’s has some international weight behind it, but we think this spot is going to be the talk of the town this summer. The brand new concept Leopard is about to open in Edmonton, and there are some seriously good reasons for you to check it out. Well, what’re we waiting for? Let’s see what they’re bringing to the table!
Originally teased a year ago this week, Leopard is the newest concept from the same folks behind two of Edmonton’s most beloved hotspots- Bar Clementine and Woodwork. Opening in Glenora’s West Block development, Leopard is focusing on three things- pizza, beer, and soft serve ice cream. If that doesn’t scream a tasty summer meal, we don’t know what does.

Leopard has hosted a few preview nights these past few weeks, but it is tomorrow (Tuesday, July 12th) when they’ll officially open their doors for business. They’re doing first come first serve while they get things ironed out, so we suggest arriving early to make sure you can actually, you know, get a table.
And boy, once you do, good things await. Kick things off with a few bar snacks, then dive into some of their sourdough-base pizza creations, with a craft beer (or a glass of natural wine) to go alongside it. Afterwards, definitely try out one of their ice cream creations, which they’ve been teasing just as long as the spot itself!
Whatever the case, Leopard is landing in Edmonton, and we have a feeling it will be around for a long, long time to come.
