We’re up for another three-day weekend this September thanks to Labour Day which lands on September 4th. That means it’s the last long weekend of summer so we have to make the most of it. So let’s get to the point here – LCBO and The Beer Store hours in Ontario, here’s what to know.

Let’s face it, we only have a few weeks left of summer so if that means you’re planning on spending your weekend out on the boat, on the beach, lakeside, or inside, you may want to know if you still have time to purchase your favourite drinks at the LCBO or The Beer Store.

Luckily for you, the LCBO will be closed for one day only.

LCBO

Like always, we suggest definitely planning ahead but if you can’t make it on time, here’s the breakdown for the weekend:

  • September 2nd: LCBO stores are open with regular store hours.
  • September 3rd: LCBO stores are open with regular store hours.
  • September 4th: LCBO stores will be closed. Check your local store for more details.

If you happen to live in an area where the local municipality permits it, some LCBO Convenience Outlets might just keep their regular business hours on Monday

You’ll have to double-check your outlet location just in case.

The Beer Store

As for The Beer Store, select locations will be open for business on September 4th. Just make sure to check your local store page here.

Unlike on other holidays like Canada Day, The Beer store will be open from 11 AM to 6 PM on Labour Day. Stores in Brantford and Leamington will be open until 5 PM.

Though you do have time to get your essential drinks before Labour Day, it’s always best to stay ahead of the game and hit up your local store before it gets too busy.

Enjoy your long weekend!
