Toronto’s west end is getting its first Lagree studio

If you’ve been on your workout grind, then I have exciting news. Lagree Collective, a new fitness studio coming to Toronto’s west end, will open its doors on April 2, 2025.

The studio will bring “the highly sought-after Lagree Method” to the Etobicoke area – a high-intensity, low-impact fitness regimen that combines strength
training, cardio, and core stabilization for a full-body workout.

Founder of Lagree Collective, Jessica Sharpe, was inspired to bring this type of studio and workout method more west as a result of her own experiences. “There was nothing like this in the area, and I know there are many people commuting long distances for the workout,” says Sharpe. “I wanted to make it easier for people to access the Lagree Method and introduce it to those who may not even know about it yet.”

The space is set to offer a “welcoming atmosphere where people of all backgrounds and fitness levels can gather, move, and transform.”

As for the sessions, Lagree Collective’s schedule will feature multiple classes per day during the week, with four or more classes happening on weekends. This schedule will eventually grow as demand increases.

Sharpe also shares that the instructors at Lagree Collective are one of the most important aspects. “Our instructors have great energy, experience, and the ability to motivate and inspire others,” shares Sharpe. “It’s not just about teaching a class; it’s about creating an environment that helps our clients feel their best, both physically and mentally.”

Single drop-in classes start at $40, with discounted packages available as well.

I can’t wait to check it out! See you at class, Toronto.
