Looking for a new place to grab ingredients, snacks, drinks and more? You can now check out La Dispensa – the new Italian deli & gastronomy concept from La Spiga’s Executive Chef Sabrina Tinsley on Seattle’s Capitol Hill. Let’s head over to Chophouse Row to see what you can find.
La Dispensa describes itself as a “fresh take on the magic of the Italian deli” the goal is to “transport one to Italy through food, drink, and culture.” At the shop you’ll find an assortment of house-made lunches, take-home meals, Italian happy hour, and more.
Some of the menu items include things like Formaggi Misti – a selection of Italian artisan cheeses, house preserves, pickled onions, spicy honey walnuts, and Dispensa bread among other items.

What makes this new spot extra interesting is that it’s a weekday spot, meaning it’s not open on Saturday or Sunday. If you’ve been looking for the perfect place to head after work, it seems like La Dispensa could become a great option.
Best of all, they’re open now so you don’t have to wait to try out their tasty eats. Enjoy!
