Picture this, you and a few of your closest friends hit up a glamourous, peaceful weekend getaway just before the summer ends and you won’t need to travel far to do so. There’s a stunning glamping experience less than three hours east of Toronto and it takes the fun of camping to another level of luxury.
King’s Mill Cider is known for its family-run orchard, premium craft ciders, and its inclusive orchard glamping experience. There are still a few weeks left of summer so why not grab a couple of friends and head to 596 Kings Mill Rd, in Stirling, Ontario for a weekend of great food, campfire vibes, and ciders.
This glamping experience won’t require you to bring your own tent – everything is set for you from sleeping arrangements to your morning breakfast. There are seven spacious yurts to choose from, each fitted with a queen-sized bed and a seating area.

Available yurts include The Kathmandu Yurt, The Boho Yurt, The Thai Yurt, The Black & White Yurt, The Timbuktu Yurt, and The Ponder Over Yonder Yurt. They can all be booked through Airbnb.
According to King’s Mill Cider, guests will be able to tour the orchard, and the cidery, hang out in the stunning gazebo and end their night off with a warm campfire.
Since there is no electricity, guests will be given a flashlight and two touch lamps on either side of the bed. Extra blankets will also be given if it’s a cool night.

As for food, according to the King’s Mill Cider website, they will serve wood-fired pizza and a flight of five ciders to enjoy. Breakfast will include fresh fruit, croissants, chees and jam, yogurt, and either a hot cup of coffee or tea.
Don’t worry, as per your hygienic needs, there is a wash station, porta potty, and outdoor water bag shower.
