Hawaii to Mexico: This online tool helps you find the best travel deals based on your tax refund

Looking to turn your 2022 tax refund into an international trip? You might have more options than you think!

Travel search engine KAYAK has a new online tool that helps Canadians find the best deals and dates from their cities based on their tax return amounts.

Simply enter your 2022 tax refund amount (in CAD) and input your closest airport. Kayak then uses data collected from April 9th to 23rd to come up with the best flight deals to international destinations.

Note that the following amounts are listed in USD:

If you’ve been procrastinating on filing your taxes this year, this might be just the motivation you need to get the job done.

What’s more, 1 in 9 Canadian travellers already planned to spend their tax refund on a trip, so this is the best time to jump on some deals before the average flight prices rise!

Explore the coasts of the Hawaiian islands, plan a trip to Cancún, or hit up Disneyland while you’re in LA.
