Looking for a bit of spice with your next meal? This spring, you can head to Victoria for a bite at Karen’s Diner, where the food is delicious, but the service is absolutely terrible.

The diner pop-up is run by a bunch of ‘Karens,’ and if you’re a fan of the absurd, this immersive experience might be right up your alley. Just take everything said with a grain of salt!

Whether you want to break the ice on a first date or give someone in your life a brief scare as they try to put two and two together – whatever it is, a meal at Karen’s Diner promises to be unforgettable.

On the menu? Loaded fries and sweet treats, burgers, shakes, and themed cocktails – and of course, plenty of saucy remarks by the actors and actresses who will play up the ‘rude diner employee’ shtick.

The rude and sassy pop-up will set up shop at Sonora Bar & Grill in Victoria from March 31st to April 23rd, with tickets priced at $45. Note that each ticket purchased comes with one burger, one order of fries, and a soda, and children aged 16 and under are welcome until 5 pm.

We’ll see you there, everyone! Don’t forget to bring a healthy appetite & sense of humour.
