With seven bedrooms, nine-bathroom, and resort-style amenities, this over 14,700 square feet custom-built estate is truly one of a kind. It’s located on a private peninsula in the town of Windermere Florida, which is part of the Orlando Metropolitan Area. And while the outside is tropical due to professional landscaping, the inside is even more so thanks to its jungle-like defining features.

Around the home, you’ll find wooden carved pillars with floral designs, ornate floral metalwork on railings and banisters, tropical murals, and plenty of space to add your own plants. Just how detailed is it? The home took almost ten years and 8 million dollars to complete. Not only that but the interior features were handcrafted by Filipino artisans and shipped to the United States.

Some of the home’s most extraordinary rooms include a billiard room, where the hand-carved columns include inlaid billiard balls, cues sticks, and more, a two-story rotunda library and a cabana bar, spa, separate sauna. Of course, you might also discover a larger-than-life fantasy board game if you know where to look.
