Canada Sevens is bringing three days of rugby & fun to Vancouver

Get ready, rugby fans. One of the biggest sports events in the city is making its grand return next weekend, and you won’t want to miss it. It’s time to break out your creative costumes because the 2024 HSBC Canada Sevens is on its way.

Last year marked the first Canada Sevens tournament to feature men’s and women’s tournaments concurrently, and this year is following suit.

New this year? A new format, adjusted event times, and exclusive food and drink specials, according to the event page.

Audiences can expect to cheer on 24 teams this year – 12 women’s and 12 men’s, from 12 different countries across the globe. In total, there will be 64 matches across three days, with two champions crowned on the final day of the games.
