Rugby fans are in for a real treat next week. One of the biggest sports events in the city returns in time for the weekend, and this year’s program is even bigger and better than ever. Hint: You’ll definitely want to break out your creative costumes for this one!

The 8th annual HSBC Canada Sevens is returning to BC Place from Friday, March 3rd to Sunday, March 5th – and this year’s event will feature both men’s and women’s tournaments over three days – a Canada Sevens first!

Audiences can expect to cheer on 28 teams from `8 countries around the globe. And if you’ve ever been to Sevens, you know this goes beyond rugby.

If you’ve never been, expect three full days of action-packed rugby matchups on the field, and off the field – the ultimate weekend party. So, get your friends together to do a bit of costume shopping this weekend, and get ready to show off the results next weekend!

Single tickets are available for $29 to $69 each, depending on the day you go. And 3-event tournament passes are also available if you don’t want to miss a second of the action.
