There’s nothing better than a relaxing soak in therapeutic waters. If that sounds like the ideal way to spend an afternoon, these hot springs near Toronto are totally worth visiting.

Just outside of Toronto in the Caledon area is the historic Millcroft Inn and Spa, which has a hot spring oasis that you can visit for the day.

The outdoor spa area is surrounded by nature, so you’ll get to enjoy peaceful scenery while you soak.

As part of the day pass, you will have access to two hot springs pools, set at comfortable temperatures of approximately 40°C.

There’s also one polar plunge pool, an indoor pool, a steam room, and a traditional Finnish cedar sauna.

This traditional hydrotherapy circuit has many healing benefits.

According to the Millcroft Inn, those benefits include “increased energy, increased circulation, detoxification, relief of tension in muscles and joints, relief of arthritic pain, and the cleansing of negative energy.”
