The ultimate Christmas festival is coming back to Toronto this year and will transform the stackt market into a winter wonderland for the holidays. And for the first time ever, stackt is also getting a Ferris Wheel!
Toronto’s annual winter festival, Holiday Hills is back this month featuring local businesses for holiday shopping, festive food and drink offerings, community-led events, workshops and so, so much more. Starting November 18th and running until December 31st, expect a fun-filled, festive festival for all to enjoy.
“We’re bringing Holiday Hills back bigger than ever this year,” said Jessica Lynch, vice president of strategy and development at stackt. “This is a festive experience that you won’t get anywhere else in the province. We’re aiming to offer all-encompassing programming that supports our local businesses and highlights the community of Toronto for all those visiting or staying in the city for the holidays.”
There’s a new addition to the festivities this year – the Holiday Hills Fun Zone. Featuring the huge Ferris wheel for those stunning city views, and a one-of-a-kind 40 x 40 ft. Crokicurl ice rink.
stackt’s first-ever Ferris Wheel will require tickets, which will be launching soon according to event organizers.
You can also expect this exciting space to host a list of winter activities and showcase weekly live music in the Blue Moon Brewery curated by School Night.

According to stackt, you can expect a “free festive workshop series presented by BMO, exclusive restaurant concepts and heated patio menus, community-led comedy and trivia nights, weekly holiday vendor market series showcasing local and small businesses presented by Duuo, and an exclusive event with a pop-up tree market in the Community Lane.”
Two brand-new indoor experiences coming to Holiday Hills include the retro-inspired Studio Chateau, featuring warm holiday cocktails, and mouthwatering eats like an exclusive holiday menu from Ocaso Tacos. There will also be a hidden whiskey bar located inside a traditional yurt. It’s sure to give speakeasy vibes.
Toronto’s first outdoor wellness playground will also open at stackt during Holiday Hills. Enjoy steaming saunas, cold plunges, and breathwork classes presented by Unbounded.
The festival will run for six weeks and is gearing up to host fun events and immersive experiences every day. There’s just to much to look forward to, we don’t doubt you’d want to try them all.
