Here’s how you could own a beach house in Italy for only $36 CAD

How much would a dramatic change of scenery be worth to you? Is it more than $36 CAD? Because if it is, have we got the deal for you! For less than a dinner for two, you could actually own a beach house in Pizzo Calabro, Italy; a stunning town in the Calabrian region.

In hopes of raising money for a children’s charity, one local couple has decided to hold a global raffle, with the grand prize being their adorable two-bedroom townhouse, located only steps away from the coastline.

In addition to the home, which is fully furnished and recently renovated, they have also agreed to pay the transfer tax and for the legal fees, as well as the winner’s flights, car rental and two nights accommodation so they can sign the papers. Not bad, hey?

Finally, in the event that you don’t win the house, participants will still have a chance to win a big referral cash prize of $7,352 CAD or (£5,000) for sharing the link to the draw, because when it comes down to it, this is all for charity! So far, through holding similar contests, they have managed to raise $73,516, which is absolutely incredible.

To enter the draw to win the beach house in Italy or to look at more photos of the home, check out their website here and good luck! Who knows, this time next year you could have your feet in the sand, a glass of wine in your hand and your name on the dotted line.
