If filling your home with pumpkins is your favourite part of the fall season, get ready for the ultimate U-pick option in BC. The inaugural Harrison Pumpkin Festival is introducing the concept of “all-you-can-carry” pumpkins – and we’re certainly intrigued, to say the least.

With over 20 varieties to choose from, pumpkin enthusiasts will have plenty of unique options to check out at the patch. From stunning shades of white, sage green, yellow, and even bi-coloured pumpkins, you’re sure to find some that catch your eye.

Currently, there are several giant pumpkins weighing 200 pounds or more – which grow larger every day!

Note that the entry price of $15 gets you “all-you-can-carry” pumpkins – and the farm means that quite literally. To include your pumpkins in the entry price, you must be able to carry your pumpkins in your arms without the use of a trolley or cart – so if you’re eyeing one of those giant pumpkins, you might want to

Pumpkins will also be available in the Farm Store for those who’d rather skip the heavy lifting.

Finally, if you work up an appetite out on the patch, you can refuel at the on-site food truck, which will vary each day of the festival.
