Raise your hand if you are in serious need of a little leg stretching after being stuck inside quarantining for the past three months. Yeah, us too. Well, if you’re looking for a place to go, this is the list for you. There are some super beautiful hiking trails just outside the city that we know you’re dying to check out. So pack up a water bottle and some hiking shoes and pile in the car. You’ve got some outside-the-city sights to see.

RATTLESNAKE POINT

Don’t let the name of this trail scare you away. You probably won’t spot a rattlesnake while hiking at this spot. But what you will see is a gorgeous view from the lookout point. Seriously, the greenery for miles is a sight for sore eyes. Especially after being stuck in the city for so long.

DUNDAS PEAK

You’ll find waterfalls and cliffs galore at this gorgeous trail. Plus, it’s in Hamilton. Which is a super easy drive to and from the city. Ahh, can’t you just feel the fresh air from here?

SCARBOROUGH BLUFFS

You don’t even have to leave the city to feast your eyes on this incredible view! Scarborough Bluffs are located in, well, Scarborough. And it’s super accessible via the TTC. So get on out there today and gaze at the stunning sights of Lake Ontario.

ROUGE VALLEY PARK

This pretty trail in Markham will take you through some gorgeous spots of nature. There are rivers, waterfalls, and valleys. Seriously, parts of this place look like they’re right out of a fairy tale.

BEAMER MEMORIAL CONSERVATION AREA

HILTON FALLS TRAILS

You can go chasing waterfalls when you head to this incredible spot. Make sure you pack a swim suit to do some wading along the trail!

MOUNT NEMO

DECEW FALLS
