A great outdoor activity is gearing up to open! To kick off April, the Greenheart TreeWalk will once again let visitors to the UBC Botanical Garden experience things from a new perspective. If you’re thinking of checking it out, we’ve got the details for you.

The TreeWalk officially opens on April 1st and should be available until the fall. The walk is some 310 metres, offering a canopy level view of your surrounding. We’re not joking about the canopy bit, as the TreeWalk soars over 20m into the sky at some points! Hope you’re not scared of a little height.

While you’re on the walk, you’ll be treated to a unique view of the area. Douglas firs, cedars, and grand firs are dominant here. Plus, some of the specimens are over 100 years old. And if you’re really devoted, you can also sign up for a guided tour.

As for us? Well, we kind of just want to go mess around safely on some rope bridges. And now, there’s one more option for us in the city! Tickets are set to go on sale soon, so keep this in mind next month.
