Quick trip to the Falls anyone? In an effort to inspire transit riders to explore Ontario, GO Transit has weekend-only deals that allow you to go from Toronto to as far as Niagara Falls for just $10.

If you’re planning to travel on Saturday, Sunday, or a holiday, you can take a trip throughout the GO system for one flat fee. There are two pass options to choose from — $10 One-Day and $15 Weekend.

So if you’re planning a little getaway trip, GO Transit runs from Union Station to Niagara Falls and back three times daily on weekends and holidays.

Here’s how to get your pass. Select your station of origin and your destination, then select which weekend pass option you’d like to buy.

Then you can expect to see the online pass in your email inbox, which you can pull up on your phone. Be sure to activate it five minutes before boarding, and off you go!

It’s also worth noting that you can only buy this pass on GO Transit’s website. It’s not available at stations or via PRESTO.

You might not even realize just how extensive the GO Transit network is. According to the map, it extends all the way north to the Allandale Waterfront in Barrie, practically touching Lake Simcoe. It also takes you as far east as Peterborough, as far west as Waterloo, and southwest directly to the Falls.
